The biblical response to the above, and other similar charges in scripture, is obedience. Jesse Sackey Outreach Ministries (JSOM) is set on using both in-person and virtual means to reach as many as we can.
We count on the grace of God to go where we can, and also work mainly through the print media, electronic media, the internet and social media to spread the Gospel and disciple many across the nations.
